I have added both the Woff & Woff2 into the Elementor Font section - and it is listed in the Elementor section - BUT - it is not rendering correctly. As I can see you have assigned this font to the H1 via the Theme Options:
And it is being correctly displayed:

Can you please explain in more details which issue exactly do you have?
