    Hello,
I can't find the way to modify the shop page "Hidden Sidebar" to show filters created with ACF plugin as custom fields.

    Thanks you!

    Hi,

May I ask you to provide the URL to your website?

Did you enable the filtering and the grid via the built-in settings in Theme Options -> WooCommerce - Shop Grid? If yes, you need to switch to the shop template made with TheGem Templates Builder https://docs.codex-themes.com/category/192-product-archives-builder

The reason for this is that the filtering via ACF fields is available in the "Grid Filter" element: https://docs.codex-themes.com/article/652-grid-filter This element allows you this:

So you need to create a product archives template (the template for your shop page and product categories), in this template you need to combine two elements:

    - Grid Filter (see above)

    - Products Grid https://docs.codex-themes.com/article/388-products-grid

(Note: don't forget to use the correct Grid ID in the Grid Filter element).

I hope I could clarify your question.

Hello, the sidebar works perfect, But I have added the filters but doesn't work, if I set filters that are taxonomies then it doesn't display the name, just the ID. and the filter doesn't work and it's set "Filtering type" = "Instant filter".
You can check it here --> https://sukhaboat.com/boats/

And I attach you some images so you can see the configuration

    Hi,

Kindly check now. My bad, I forgot to tell you, that the filter should be set to "current query" in case of using it for archives. So you have made this:

But the correct setup is this:

ohhh... Didn't see that message..., thanks you!!

And a last question, do you know why if ACF field type is type taxonomy then in the filter only shows the ID of the taxonomy but not the name? The filter works correctly.
I have attached you two images so ypou can see it.

    Hi,

there is no need to assign the taxonomy as a ACF field, because the taxonomies are already available in your products:

    9857340452.png

You just need to assign your products accordingly. And in the grid filter you need to select this:

    4497611573.png

I have made it for you now, please check.

Please note: if any of the terms in the taxonomy doesn't have any products assign (i.e. there are 0 products in this term) - in this case this term will not appear in the filter.
