I'm running into the following. today it happened twice. We have received two orders and received the notification via the Woocommerce app. immediately clicked on it and the order cannot be opened. the website is therefore completely unavailable. I can get to it via FTP. After about 5/10 minutes the site is back online. I find it very strange, but how can I find out what the cause is, can you help me? in the attachment the error message in the woo ommerce app when I click on 'solve problem'
I suppose I could be of no help here as there seems to be some connection issue with your hosting. Please contact your hosting provider with the same request and ask them what has happened. They do have logs so they can certainly check it for you.
