Some time ago we had an issue with Elementor not loading for TheGem theme and seemed to have been solved by updating plugins and the theme itself. But now Elementor just seems to load forever and does not get to the theme editor page.
TheGem Theme Elements (for Elementor) plugin seem to be the issue because when deactivated Elementor finishes loading. (as per my observation)
