I bought the license today, it's not my first time using thegem, in the plugin installation only elementor plugins are showing, there's no wpbakery plugins
It looks like you have installed TheGem Elementor theme.
TheGem comes in two theme versions: TheGem Elementor and TheGem WPBakery. Please go to your download section on the themeforest website and download "all files and documentation". After that unzip this ZIP. There you will find to installable WordPress themes:
- TheGem_Elementor.zip
- TheGem_WPBakery.zip
Please remove your currently installed Elementor version (and all the installed plugins if you have already installed some) and install TheGem_WPBakery.zip instead.
Please note if you comment on your ticket before we reply, your ticket will be pushed down of the tickets list.
