    Hello,

    I have just realised that there is a separate sidebar with its own widgets for the product pages.

    This is rather impractical for my needs, as I enter texts and links manually and have to enter them in the widgets of both sidebars when making changes.

    Is there a way to use the main page sidebar for the product pages as well?

    Hi Jörg, 

    you can achieve this by utilizing TheGem child theme, copying the file woocommerce.php from the main parent theme's root folder to the child theme's root folder and editing this file. You need to replace "shop-sidebar" here everywhere with "page-sidebar".

    thanks for your answer, but I will never change PHP code, because it will cause trouble in future updates.

    I will try text-blocks in the widgets, but I have to ask: why do you use different sidebars on WooCommerce pages?

    this is a default setup of WooCommerce, they have their separate sidebar for WooCommerce pages.
