    Hi, I would like to change the archive description of the store page. Not the individual categories, but the description of the main store page. However, I can't find an option to do this.

    Hi, 

    while editing your main shop page in WordPress admin, go to Page Options - Title Area and use "Excerpt" field to add your description:
