Revolution Slider comes as bundled plugin with TheGem. Can you please kindly wait until the next TheGem update where all the bundled plugins will be also updated to the latest versions?

These premium template don't belong to TheGem, they are exclusive premium templates of Revolution Slider and are not included. Bundled plugin means that you get the fully functional premium plugin which you can use without a need to purchase an extra license, but if you wish to have an access to the third-party premium design library, you need to purchase an extra license of this third-party (in this case it is Revolution Slider).
