I do not understand why only this page title shows each word with capital letter as the first letter whereas other page titles shows their titles with capital letters only...
How can I show this title with capital letters only ?
By checking the page options of this page, namely the "Title Area" settings we see, that you have selected to use the title template, however the selected title area template is missing:
If you wish to inherit the global settings for the title area for this page, I would suggest to change the title area settings to "Default Settings (Theme Options)":
