I get some little issues here and there. Your highlights would be really useful and appreciated ! :)

Here are 4 questions : 

1/ HEADER OPACITY

The white part of the main header  appears as opaque on all pages, whereas I'd like it to be transparent. 

Here on the home page : https://pareto-coaching.com/

As you can see in Elementor  : https://pareto-coaching.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=2252&action=elementor  , I changed this opacity to about 10% on 2 places : 'Section' and 'Colonne' but it remains opaque.

On the posts it appears correctly, not opaque.

2/ AUTHOR

The author is registered as "my mail adress". How can I change this ?

3/ HOVER COLOURS

On the single post template  (here : https://pareto-coaching.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=2421&action=elementor ), in the "related posts" area, how can I change the colours of the hover effect on images ? 

It's a gradient of blues, but as you see on the attached image, I can't find where to change them.
