I created a custom Elementor landing page from scratch and it's missing some elements. Can you help me with figuring out how to add these in?

• The header isn't displaying (which should be the logo and the main menu and top area, with sticky functionality).
• The footer is missing entirely and there's a blank spot there.
• The image of the woman holding a phone can be seen in the Elementor editor but it's not displaying on the web page.

Note that the missing footer is related to the other ticket I have open with you right now. I'll drop a comment there too.

The header and footer are back now (I realized I had accidentally disabled them when troubleshooting another ticket).

However, the page still isn't displaying properly.

• There is a white gap between the page and the header. It doesn't look like the page itself is extending completely in the editor, which suggests to me that it's a header issue.
• The two blocks on this page have their Layout Content Width set to Full Width, but they still display boxed. If I enable "Stretch Section", they extend full width, but then the styling of some elements breaks.
• There is a white gap between the page and the footer.

I found that the main content area global settings somehow got changed to add padding to the top and bottom. Removing that fixed the gaps on top and bottom. And the side gap was caused by having the wrong page template for this page selected. You can close this.
