I activated the key on a live domain by mistake. Now I want to activate it on a temporary one, but it says that the number of activations exceeds the maximum number. Can you help me with this?
Hi, kindly use TheGem license manager at https://codex-themes.com/thegem/license_manager as described in our documentation https://docs.codex-themes.com/article/295-license-terms to manage your licenses and activations. One license is valid for one localhost, one staging/development and one final live website. You can deregister your activations of the websites where you don't need TheGem.
