Issues with TheGem Theme Display on Different Browsers
Open

    Hello,

I am experiencing a display issue with TheGem theme when viewing my website in different browsers.

    • The page looks correct when editing with Elementor and also displays fine on mobile.
    • However, when I open the website in a different browser (e.g., Firefox, Edge, or Chrome in incognito mode), the layout breaks. Texts and elements appear misaligned, overlapping, or out of place.
    • I have already tried clearing the cache, regenerating CSS files, disabling third-party plugins, and testing in different devices, but the issue persists.

Could you please help me identify what might be causing this and how to fix it?

I am attaching screenshots for reference.

    Thank you for your support.

    Hi,

Sorry, but I am unable to reproduce this problem at this time.

Could you please confirm if the problem is still current at this time?

Do you use any server-side optimization on your site?

  • alexalva5 replied

No, I only have the plugins that came with the theme active

I've disabled optimization plugins and the problem is still present in incognito mode. Please check again the optimization tools on the server side.

I have cleared the server cache, disabled any server-side optimization tools (such as CSS/JS minification), and regenerated Elementor's CSS files. The issue is still present in incognito mode and across different browsers.

Could you please help me identify if there are any theme-specific optimization settings that might be causing this?"
