Where do the page footer's social icons pull hyperlinks from? I have added the correct URLs to the theme options/socials, but the wrong URLs are being linked to. I have also looked at the footer template and cannot see anywhere to enter URLs manually. Thanks.

You are using the Social Sharing element. You need to use the Social Icons element.
