We recently had to upload our site from a backup file. We were using the Gem theme. When we reactivated the Gem theme with the license, the pages did not reflect any of the previous designs. Instead, we are only seeing Gem block html codes on the live site. This is a highly trafficked site, and we currently have a 'Coming Soon' page. We need a resolution quickly. Also, we could not find the original Gem theme licensed, so we purchased a new one in hopes that it will correct the pages. Didn't work.
