2. Create loop item template for your team members utilizing these custom fields in the loop item template https://prnt.sc/bK7d8-1NGn4m

I have made an example for you:

2. I have then removed the "Post Content" element from you loop item template and replaced it with "Custom Fields" element to display these added custom fields: https://prnt.sc/VBla9k2oxsQm , https://www.houseofballers.nl/wp-admin/post.php?vc_action=vc_inline&post_id=3777&post_type=thegem_templates 
3. As a result, now you can see dynamic values displayed in each of the team members: https://prnt.sc/TBHTjXPXRgml
