    Hello, i have problem with with elementor animated headings. In elementor editor is working properly but on live site i can´t see it I tryed (mozila, chrome, explorer, safari) Problem on all devices notebook, phone....

    please update TheGem theme and TheGem Elements plugin to the latest version, clear your browser and website caches and try again, it should be working.

    Hello,
    I can't edit the Shop page. Even if I set another page as the shop page, Elementor doesn't work, and the page displays incorrectly.

    May you please help me out..

    Hi Martin, 

    Elementor cannot directly edit the default WooCommerce main shop page because this page is automatically generated by WooCommerce as a product archive and not a standard WordPress page. The default shop page content is dynamically created based on WooCommerce settings and templates, so it does not appear as a regular editable page in the WordPress editor or Elementor's standard page editor.

    To customize the WooCommerce shop page with Elementor, you need to do it using TheGem Templates Builder, which includes a Product Archives Builder feature allowing you to create custom product archive templates. These templates can replace the default shop page and give you full design control using Elementor’s drag-and-drop interface and TheGem's WooCommerce-specific widgets.

    Hi, thanks a lot for resolving.

    I have one more think.. On cart page i see 2x section with summarization. Everytime on cart page when i make some change. For example, edit amount of some products, or  change type of delivery, or delete product this summarization section is multiplying on page.. Do you know how to fix it please?

    Hi,

    Please temporarily disable third-party plugins on your site to exclude their influence on this problem.

    I tried to deactivate all plugins, it was still like this.. In first section "Celkem k platbě" - if I click on the option of delivery, it doesn't mark field on, it marks it in the second same section "Celkem k platbě" which is not suppose to be there. That is little bit weird. And in second one is not option of Google pay and Apple pay..
