Now that the website has been moved to the live domain https://curelogic.ai/, I would like to activate the license there. However, I’m receiving the following error:
You have exceeded the max. number of activations, allowed by this activation key.
Kindly assist in deactivating the license from the development URL so I can proceed with activation on the live site. Please let me know if you require any further details from my end.
Hi, kindly use TheGem license manager at https://codex-themes.com/thegem/license_manager as described in our documentation https://docs.codex-themes.com/article/295-license-terms to manage your licenses and activations. One license is valid for one localhost, one staging/development and one final live website. You can deregister your activations of the websites where you don't need TheGem.
Please note if you comment on your ticket before we reply, your ticket will be pushed down of the tickets list.
I have successfully activated the theme using the license key, and the activation appears to be working correctly. However, since updating the key, I’ve encountered the following issues:
Elementor is not loading properly when attempting to edit pages.
The website performance has become noticeably slow.
I have checked the browser console and did not find any visible errors. Could you please advise on the possible reasons for this behavior and suggest appropriate solutions?
Dear Support Team,
I have purchased TheGem WordPress Theme and initially activated it on our development URL: http://curelogic.ofn.kkt.mybluehostin.me/
