How do I make a button which says contact which scrolls down to the contact area in the footer for all pages?

Hi,

Edit your footer template and add the CSS ID to the first section in "Advanced" tab like this:

Edit your header template, add the "button" element and in the "link" field add this CSS ID in this way: https://new.aossa.es/wp-admin/post.php?post=5570&action=elementor , https://prnt.sc/i7kFgODLr8oi

I have added this for you, please check.
