Hello CodexThemes Support Team,

After updating TheGem Blocks (for Elementor) to the latest version, I started getting the following error when trying to open any page with Elementor:

“Preview could not be loaded.”

Even after deactivating the TheGem Blocks plugin, the error persists.

Currently, I am not using the default TheGem parent theme, but the following child theme:
TheGem Elementor Child – Version 1.0

Here are my environment details:

WordPress Version: [6.8.2]

PHP Version: [8.2]

Elementor Version: [3.30.4]

TheGem Theme Version: [5.10.5]

Please let me know if this issue is known, and how I can resolve it. Thank you very much for your support.

プラグインを有効に設定、Elementorをセーフモードで起動したところ、エディタは通常に読み込まれました。

The issue has been resolved.

It seems that a function in the child theme's functions.php file was causing a conflict with Elementor.
Everything is now working correctly.
