Please note that the settings in Page Options override the global settings set in Theme Options, allowing you to make specific individual adjustments for the respective post. If you want to inherit the global settings from Theme Options, you need to change this setting in Page Options to "Default Settings."
The site header is not showing on the blog posts despite having the header enabled in 2 different places. See screen grabs below. Please advise.
