I own 1 thegem theme license. Now it's used on a website.

I plan to change the domain name and start on the new dowmain name. For the example now it's on a.com, then I would like to use the license on b.com.

I woud like the make sure if I will do with the correct instructions.

1. I go to https://codex-themes.com/thegem/license_manager
2. I click deregister on a.com
3. I setup a new doamin, a new hosting for b.com
4. I install wordpress and thegem theme on b.com
5. I activate my own licence on b.com on admin page
6. b.com will work well.

Are these correct ?

And what about a.com with unregistered licence ? In case the a.com remains accessible online, what happen with it ?

Is it still acessible or mulfunction or data destroyed ?
