your ticket has been replied to, kindly check. There is some strange server-side 400 bad request error, please contact your hosting company / server administrator and ask them to provide more details on this error (they can check your error log). Thanks.

Hi, kindly check this help article https://docs.codex-themes.com/article/601-how-to-get-the-whitespace-off-the-top-of-the-page (the same applies to the main content area bottom padding).
