I downloaded “All files & documentation” for TheGem, but TheGem Theme Elements / Product Showcase does not appear and the plugin zip is missing. Please provide the exact plugin file name and installation method for my theme version. Please email me or update the downloadable file for me missing plugins
Unfortunately due to the most recent update (thegeme theme elements Wpbakery) it has caused a critical error for the shop page and is completely missing, so I don't know long it will take for the team to resolve this persistent issue
