    Hello,

    I purchased TheGem on June 23, 2025.

    I changed my website domain and now I cannot activate the theme because I receive the message:

    “You have exceeded the maximum number of activations allowed by this activation key.”

    This is the same website, only the domain has changed. Could you please reset my activation so I can activate TheGem on my new domain:

    naturalbeautyibiza.com

    PS:

    My previous domain was naturalbeautyfacegym.com and my new domain is naturalbeautyibiza.com. It is the same website, I only changed the domain name. Please reset the activation linked to my purchase code.
