Hello, I’m having an issue with Elementor on my website using TheGem theme. The website was already completed and Elementor was working correctly before, but now the Elementor editor keeps loading and does not open.
I have already cleared Elementor files and data/cache, but the issue persists. My current configuration is:

Hi, thank you for your request. Please update the theme and the elements plugin to the latest version 5.12.2, clear your caches and recheck.
