I mean the section background, not the background of the little boxes.
In business light, the first 'Quickfinder' VC element on the page has a full width image background, with a white overlay set to transparency 0.9. (screenshot of the section is attached)
I want to change the transparency but there is no setting for it as its hard coded somewhere in the theme.
Business Light, first quickfinder has a transparent background in the element style:
<div id="fullwidth-block-57d25095eebb1" class="fullwidth-block clearfix" style="padding-top: 75px; padding-bottom: 75px; width: 1903px; left: 0px; background-color: rgba(240, 243, 242, 0.901961);">
I cannot override it since the ID's are random, so how can I change the transparency?

You can set "box background color" in shortcode settings.
