Hope all is well. Just want to ask why the "+/-" buttons (quantity adjuster) in the single product page is missing? Is it supposed to be this way? I haven't edited any template files or any WooCommerce files (that I know of).
The +/- buttons do show up on the cart though, so I think the main problem is in the Single Product Page. Not showing for both Chrome and Firefox browsers.

As you can see there is no +/- buttons in single product on our demo site. But we can give you a child theme with code for this buttons.
