Hi again,
What is the Favicon.ico specification??
And I want to change favicon. How can I do that?

Hi,

Since version 4.3 wordpress has own interface for this.
You can change favicon in Appearance -> Customize -> Site Identity -> Site Icon.
Default size 16 x 16 px.
