it works now, thanks for working but i'm very sad about that. When i change the server or reset my wordpress and install your theme, i muss report this problem and i have license for only 6 months. I think, when i pay about 70€ that work always for me but i can only the function for only 6 months.
i've updated my site and the visual composer doesn't work when i want to change the demo theme with visual composer.

It's very terribble.
I am very sorry, but it is not our rules, it is rules of envato / themeforest. We are just authors of the theme working according to envato policies

You need at first update gem elements plugin. (We upload new version 2 weeks ago)
If you can't enter to the the wp-admin area:
1. Via ftp remove folder
/wp-content/plugins/thegem-elements
2. Go to the admin panel and install gem elements plugin.
