I have made the update of Visual Composer (to get the v5.0.1) before to make the update of The Gem (1.3 =>2.2)... After that, my website was all blank, nothing ! I have deactivate all plugins via FTP (because my admin was out of order) and when I have deactivate the Gem Element plugin, my website works but with all the code of Visual Coposer... So after the warning as you can see in attachement, I have understand that there was a conflict between Visual Composer (js_composer) et The Gem Element ! So I have re-upload the old version of Visual composer and my website works... So I have a question for you : now I have the last version of my theme (2.0.2) with an old version of plugin The Gem Element (1.3) as you can see on the other screenshot attached and an old version of Visual composer (4.12.1), WHAT I HAVE TO DO ? I am scared to bug my website again if I do the update ! Do I make the update of The Gem Element before VC or inverse ?

HI!
You need at first update gem elements plugin. (We upload new version 2 weeks ago)
If you can't enter to the the wp-admin area:
1. Via ftp remove folder
/wp-content/plugins/thegem-elements
2. Go to the admin panel and install gem elements plugin.
or pls. share the wp-admin and ftp access, we'll fix it.
