Hi, after uploading a plugin a had a Fatal error message.

I searched in forum before to post, and I read I had to update TheGem plugin. I did it, but now I get another Fatal error message about thegem_slideshow_block (see the attachment).

Can you please help?

I just updated the theme too, but still that error message :((((

I completely deleted thegem plugin from ftp, but that error continues showing up...I'm going crazy!

Where do I find that plugin to install it again?

Finally I solved it.

1) I deleted thegem plugin via ftp

2) Then I went to Appereance > Install plugins and installed Thegem importer and Thegem Elements

3) Now it all works!

How to uninstal via FTP?

Did you uninstal the theme or the plugin?

In your ftp, find:

1) wp-content > plugins > thegem-elements, thegem-import and delete them

2) Now you should enter in your admin panel in wp. Go there and find "Appearance > Install Plugins"

3) You'll see the 2 plugins just deleted, go and install them again.

That's it!

Just delete the folders?
